What Does the Bible Say About Relationship With God?
Sure, maybe he's not Prince Charming, but he's a good guy. In other relationships, I began to think that some of the things I had wanted in a husband were. A striking example of this is Abraham (see Genesis , 19). The fact that we humans like and greatly enjoy friendships is evidence that God wants the same. God loves us and wants us to have a personal relationship with Him. into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.
Relationship with God
But despite the large percentage of people who have access to the Bible, knowledge and understanding of the Bible is still lacking in our society. In fact, when polls are done quizzing people to gauge their knowledge of basic biblical facts, the results are usually less than encouraging!
This is what drives us. The Bible is focused on the relationship between God and humanity. Adam and Eve Unfortunately, that relationship was broken. Sin is breaking the law that God gave humans to guide them in how to live 1 John 3: Sin separated humans from God. If God had taken earth back after Adam and Eve sinned, then He would not really have given them control.
Thus, it was necessary for a human to redeem earth, not God directly. This is why Jesus had to come as a human being -- fully human -- just like Adam. Jesus had to be born of a virgin -- otherwise He would have inherited the spiritual disease of sin, as the "seed" of Adam.
God protects those who love Him. There is no one on earth like him; he is blameless and upright, a man who fears God and shuns evil.
God Wants a Relationship With Human Beings
You have blessed the work of his hands, so that his flocks and herds are spread throughout the land. It is important to understand the term "fear of the Lord" in the Bible. It does not mean terror or dread. It means a healthy and proper respect and recognition of God's awesome power. This is the being that created the universe, created Heaven and Hell, created us, created the angels, etc.
Satan has to ask God's permission to tempt someone. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear.
But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can stand up under it. God gives every man freedom to choose Him or reject Him. God permits each person to be tempted with sin.
Satan is not an interloper who is screwing up God's plan. Satan is part of God's plan. These points are related: Because He is perfect and there is no sin in Him, God cannot tempt people to sin.

If people are never tempted to sin they won't sin. What is the point of having free will if a person doesn't have choices? When Satan tempts a person he provides a choice.
God Wants a Relationship with Human Beings - Life, Hope & Truth
God permits each of us to be tempted so our true character will be revealed -- either a person will choose God and righteousness or he will choose Satan and evil. Some Protestant denominations teach pre-destination -- that God chose upfront who will be saved and who will perish, and we can do nothing to change that.
If that is true, then there is no point in evangelizing, teaching the Gospel, preaching, etc. Our Savior also promised this intimate relationship with us while he was on the earth John God and Jesus greatly want a close relationship with those who believe and love them. They wants to be our close personal friends!
Those people throughout history who are friends of God are able to effectively interceded with him. What must we do if we want such relationships in our lives?
Real friends forgive and forget. There are with you in times of joy or sadness. True friends trust and love each other, and are willing to do whatever it takes to help someone out.
Our Creator constantly proves to us that He is our very best friend in this area Romans 5. How much does our Creator want a relationship with his creation? He was willing to pay the highest price possible - the life of JesusHis only Son. This awesome sacrifice reconciles us to him and opens the door wide open to a relationship that will last forever.
When we come under the shed blood of our Savior, that which we have done in sin are forgiven and washed away.
The apostle Paul tells us, in no uncertain terms, what our relationship is with our Father when we are forgive. Consequently, there is now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who are not walking according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit; Romans 8: There are no strings attached to His love and mercy.
